Rainy Day Guarantee

Your safety is our priority at Raging Waters Sydney. 

During severe weather, rides and attractions may close temporarily. Once conditions improve, they will reopen as soon as it's safe to do so. 

Rain Check T&Cs: 
Rain checks are available upon request only if all attractions have been closed for at least 1 hour OR the Park closes 2 hours or more before it's scheduled closing time.  If a guest enters the park on a paid ticket within one hour of a park closure or weather-related attraction suspension, they may also be eligible for a rain check. 

To receive a FREE rain check ticket, guests must: 

• Provide a valid same-day paid ticket at Guest Services
• Be present in the park at the time of the full-park closure

Please note: Season Passholders are not eligible for rain checks. 

Once attractions reopen after a temporary weather closure, rain checks are no longer available. Rain check tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or misplaced.
